Whether you’re just starting out or looking to navigate new challenges, our program pairs you with an experienced mentor who understands your journey. Together, you’ll explore tools to build confidence, overcome workplace barriers, and unlock your full potential, fostering both personal growth and professional resilience.
Mentorship can provide neurodivergent employees with the guidance, confidence and practical tools they need to overcome the challenges they face in the workplace.

We’ll take your details and pair you up with a mentor that we think is a great match.

Over the next 6 months you and your mentor will work through a program to focus on your growth.

The mentoring programme is open to all employees who identify as neurodivergent, regardless of whether you have a diagnosis or not. The programme suits individuals who are already employed or are starting a job soon.

We take safeguarding of participants very seriously and have a rigorous safeguarding framework in place. Furthermore, mentors must undergo training and checks before being approved.

To apply to be a mentor simply use the form above and select the option “to be a mentor”.

Whilst we don’t have hard requirements for mentors our general guidelines is that mentors have 10 or more years of career experience and have held a position of responsibility for at least 2 of these years.
Mentors will be expected to provide up to an hour of their time for training and then approximately 1 hour every 2 weeks for mentoring.
